I don't see or, if I do, understand the Goobmeister's
samples.

Here's a thought: Create a CHM (or other help project,
WebWorks Help, for example) for the static stuff.

Then, create a second project with the variable stuff.
If possible, insert variables, fields, or even
searchandreplaceable text. Leave it up to your
customers to use your help tool to finish the job and
then merge the resulting help projects.

Or, and am searching beyond my experience here, create
HTML or other help that pulls labels and simple data
from an Access database. I can't tell you what that
HTML and probably JavaScript code should look like,
though.
