Heya JX,
I would set up a system that mirrors the way bugs are
prioritized in your company. For example, a
documentation issue that was classified as HIGH might
cause a system-wide failure, loss of data, etc.
We may find that this approach isn't unique; I think
there are companies that already treat documentation
mistakes/omissions/issues as bugs.
