Well, when I got my copy the 2nd edition wasn't yet available so I had to
hunt for a 1st edition. I apologize for not mentioning Alan as the

I no longer benefit from my association with this book or with Scriptorium
(other than Sarah and Co's continuing goodwill), but a second edition has
just been released. And to be fair, Alan Pringle (Scriptorium Press's
