The new 11th edition of Merriam-Webster's Dictionary has this, and my
understanding is that the new Chicago Manual of Style also shows "Web site" as
the spelling:

Main Entry:Web site
Function:noun
Date:1992

: a group of World Wide Web pages usually containing hyperlinks to each other
and made available online by an individual, company, educational institution,
government, or organization
