Your Internet posting are absolutely within bounds to deny you security
clearance. Most background checks now include thorough Internet searches for
your on-line behavior. Some places even track down your IP address from your
home PC during a period when you used it and correlate it back to you. Many
employers are now doing such checks as well.

Be careful what you post on the Internet with your name attached to it. These
things can come back to hurt you later on.
