Actually, I see nothing wrong with an interviewer wearing whatever... Shorts, T-shirt, Pyjammas, nude... I don't care. If the person was working in that atire, and moving the project ahead, why do I care? OTH, there are behaviors and statements made with body language that I listen to. Feet on the desk at an interview (from the interviewer) I take as a bad sign. I could get personal and call it offensive - I could be rational and call it a personality I'd rather not work with... A potential "difficult people" person. Whatever.

Oh, I also don't see much value in being insulted by anything when you go to an interview - except out and out lies, or deliberate wastes of your time. Why waste the energy?
