A search for deindex here http://www.infoplease.com/ gives

"v.t., to remove from an index or any system of indexing"

Note that deindex is better than unindex. De- and un- both form cancellation verbs; however, de- implies that the state of the root existed previous to the action, while un- does not (usually).
