It's not even 10am, the 8:30 (ugh!) dev meeting was postponed again (I knew
I didn't really need to get up at 6:30), and then I come across this line in
the existing docs (describing one of the things users can do in a tabular
layout):

"Clicking and dragging on the right border of the column header may change
column widths."

<sigh>
