Be ABSOLUTELY sure before you accuse her. Is there any chance she has some
arrangement with your manager, possibly cutting her some slack and letting
her telecommute?

I've worked in situations where there was some give and take. For example,
maybe I worked over 40 hours in 4 days, but the company's timecard
protocol only recognizes that as a full week if I work on all 5 weekdays.
I've had managers cut me slack in instances like that. I didn't cheat the
company - they got their 40+ hours out of me - but I didn't use up a
vacation day unnecessarily. Several years ago I had surgery, and used up
all of my sick time and vacation time while recovering. I'm thankful I had
a manager who was flexible with me, as long as I put in my 40 and got my
work done. It allowed me to oaccasionally take a much needed day off
without impacting my pay.

Make sure she doesn't have some similar arrangement, or you'll be the one
who looks bad.

Judging from your post, that is not the case, but I just wanted to warn
you.
