If I remember, you're not using Debian. However, if you go to www.debian.org
and do a search on the package lists, you should be able to quickly find which
packages are available and which you need. Then, it's just a matter of finding
the .rpms you need from another source.

Other distributions have similar lists, but I find it a useful all-round
resource.

Pretty close to all the Linux SGML tools are part of the SuSE 8.1 distro. They are also available on the SuSE portal www.suse.com

Documenation and a good "HowTo" is another story ;-)

I haven't really found a good one yet -- just kinda hacked through it using whatever was available.
