- Create new styles for the front matter headings that need to go into the
TOC.

- Add the new styles to the list for the generated TOC.

- Set the formatting of the new headings in the TOC to match the styles for
the corresponding headings from the document body.

- Drop the <$chapnum> building block from the formatting string for the
front matter headings on the TOC reference page.
eg: <$paratext>\t<$pagenum>

- Regenerate the TOC.

- Have a nice day. : )
