Your cousin doesn't want you to rock the boat for
comfortability reasons. The dood you're working for
has already capsized the boat though. There is
absolutely NO reason for them to be an entire calendar
quarter behind on payment without any more explanation
than "in process".

By the way, on your invoice and in the contract, what
was the payment turnaround negoriated at?
