One gentleman asked where to find the text of Twain's
account of his story being translated to and from
French. I found the full text at this URL:

http://www.boondocksnet.com/twaintexts/sketches/sno_jumping_frog_french.html

The full title is, "The Jumping Frog, In English, Then
in French, Then Clawed Back into a Civilized Language
Once More by Patient, Unremunerated Toil." It was
included in his 1875 book, "Sketches, New and Old."

Hope you enjoy it.
