Thanks to all who responded to my request for information on a technical
training issue. ([Off Topic] Technical Training: On-site vs. Open
Enrollment) I didn't get any case studies involving hard numbers that I was
looking for. No surprise; I knew it was probably a shot in the dark.
However, I did get a lot of very constructive suggestions and observations,
both on- and off-list, that will help us solve the problem. I think we will
be able to come up with a solution now, thanks to your responses.
