Sorry. I thought you were talking about XML still, as
that was where the thread was going.

I don't import Word into FM, so I can't help you
there. I don't use Word at all, actually, for any real
work, so I can't help you there either. I've played
with Excel and have taken a look at Outlook (2003),
and they're pretty cool (Outlook finally works the way
I tell it to). But most of my 2003 investigation has
actually been outside Office, in Visio. Its XML
handling is better, but still you need to develop
schemas, which for some will not be trivial.
