I don't know what your medical insurance policy says, but
mine has nothing to do with malpractice or tort law, it's
about what kinds of treatments and prescriptions it will
cover if I need them. I'd like to think that the people
behind it have at least some training in what kinds of
treatments are needed rather than just in what kinds are
cheapest, but somehow I doubt that that's the case.
