Henri - do an archive search on "master documents" and you'll find that this
feature Word is very unstable, and will probably eat your documents.

(Only one person, Steve Hudson, has ever claimed to make Master Docs work,
and he did it by following a very strict procedure.

Your best bet is to use the reference document field, or, to buy an entirely
different authoring tool. For example, Author It enables you to create
topics and then include them in different books... and I'm sure the others
will chip in with different suggestions.

Good luck - you'll need it!
