Sure it works! It's been done here, locally in the US,
for decades! Even with local talent!

Let's see... tech writer here willing to work for
$30/hr... have large contract with health insurance
corporation... carry the 2... I can bill this $30/hr
shmuck out for $125/hr and make a fortune!!!

Don't say it doesn't happen, and don't say the numbers
are off... I saw this exact situation first-hand back
in 1997.

The exploitation of labor is partly what made big
business big. That isn't going to change any time in
the near or distant future.
