Proof is trivial for 1 and 2. I covered 3 and 4 in my response to Goober a couple of minutes ago.

Productivity is work produced per unit of time. Increasing the amount of time may (or may not) increase the total amount of work done, but it does not increase the amount per unit of time. In fact, chances are, it lowers productivity.
