Description:
The Courseware Developer will generate training materials including
courseware, instructor slides, exam items, and content for multimedia
offerings.
The ideal candidate has strong competencies with network security,
firewalls, and routing. The candidate will also be responsible for
maintaining existing training offerings. Check Point products run in both
Microsoft and UNIX environments, and the Courseware Developer will be
responsible for installing and using Check Point solutions on a variety of
software and hardware platforms. The Courseware Developer will need to
establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
This person should be capable of working independently and collaborating
with other Courseware Developers, subject matter experts, and customers.
Qualifications
3+ years information systems and networking experience. Strong, demonstrable
competence with the TCP/IP suite
MCSE, or equivalent experience with Microsoft operating systems
Entry-level Unix or Linux certification, or equivalent experience
1+ years experience in technical writing and/or technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (candidates may be
required to submit writing samples for review)
Flexible, positive attitude
