I still don't get the XML part, nor the "other
language". The "outsourcees" know English (at least in
India, they know it better than *we* do in many
respects). And if you're coordinating offshore
efforts, where does XML fit in? You're coordinating,
not implementing/developing...

I'm not slamming your approach by any means. I'd just
like clarification.
