My Dell Customer Service calls last week went to Panama. At least, that's
where the second person said she was. The first call was answered by
someone with what I thought was more of an Eastern European accent. There
was some difficulty in the customer/company communication paradigm, but the
problems were resolved.

What's interesting is that I read an article over the weekend that Dell is
returning a lot of these jobs back to the U.S. because they just weren't
working out.
