I have 3 years of experience in technical manual writing. I have moved far away from that job, and would like to persue another full-time job in tech writing, but don't have a clue where to start.

I've searched the classifieds, online and off, and have found nothing. I know there are jobs in this area (chattanooga, lots of industry here), but I don't have a clue where to start. Any tips?
