Florence, AL had the largest unemployment rate decrease?

My parents live barely 1 1/2 hrs from Florence, and I've been there several
times...what could possibly cause the figures to fall? A mass exodus from
what is virtually the middle of nowhere? I wonder if AL bribed another car
dealership into locating there?
