No one knows. Hell, no one knows any info like that
for the US! Every survey you look at is different,
based on the criteria and response rate for each
survey. And as to the tech writer's role and whether
it's understood or appreciated... Well, I think if you
ever got a consensus on THAT, the Earth would then
spontaneously implode. ;)
