I used Robohelp 10 with as many as 7 conditions in use
simultaneously. As far as I know there is no
software-driven upper limit. If you have too many,
you could run out of colors used to designate areas of
different conditions, in which case the places where
conditions change are more difficult to spot visually.

If I remember right, when RoboHelp compiles,
conditions applied at topic level override conditions
applied within the topic. Make sure you don't have a
topic with one condition applied at topic level and a
different condtion applied to text inside the topic.
