Hit the dern "send" button by mistake too soon
again...

I was going to say, do whatever you need to make sure
your voice is up to the task. It's kind of like
preparing to give a speech. Drink enough water so
your throat isn't dry. If you use any kind of asthma
medication or other meds that may affect your voice,
keep that in mind. If you have allergies, try to use
a phone in a place where the dust isn't disturbed and
where there's nothing that will start you sneezing or
wheezing - you REALLY don't want to start a coughing
fit while answering a question.

Make sure you have your resume handy, and any other
background materials you need to answer questions
about your experience and training. Don't have to
tell the interviewer to hold on the phone while you
rummage through your desk.

And while you *can* wear your jammies, make sure the
environment doesn't interfere with your phone call.
Don't try to interview while the kids are running
around hollering.

Good luck and Merry Christmas.
