It's an employers market. $35/hr seems awfully low for
the level of work they're looking for, but I agree
with others that the role can be filled by one person,
it's just something above and beyond what you'd expect
our of an "average" tech writer or "average"
programmer. I know of a few people who'd fit that role
perfectly, but I'm afraid they'd laugh at the rate,
even if it were doubled.
