Netiquette and the "To" field

A TECHWR-Ler just sent me a very polite thank-you for contributing to a
survey on tech writers. Unfortunately, the 20 or so recipients were all
listed in the "To" field. For future reference, it's preferable to send mass
mailings with one's own address in the "To" field, and all other recipients
in the "Bcc" field.

Thanks,

Dan Goldstein
