You can set the size of the generated gifs manually by changing the "scale %" setting under "resolution". All images are generated in a fixed "printed-size to pixel-size" ratio. E.g. if this value is set to 100%, and if an image of 1 cm width would result in a GIF with 100 pixels width, an 2 cm image would have 200 pixels width. Setting the value to 150% then results in 150 pixels width for the 1 cm image and the 2cm image would be 300pixels in width... Just tune the "%" setting to the size you want...
But... WWP uses the same colormap for every GIF it generates, so this procedure may result in ugly looking images;-(
If you need finer control and better quality, change the "GraphicMacro" not to include "width=" and "height=" attributes, convert the images with photoshop instead and use individual colormaps for every gif. Drop them into the output-directory as the last step.
