It really doesn't matter where documentation is
located, as long as there's a collaborative
environment among all the groups you work with. That
has more to do with proactive and supportive
management than with an org chart.

No matter where you find yourself, make sure you work
as closely as possible with training, because at the
end of the day, you're both in the same
