Heh, it's really isn't much of a joke to most people who
arrived here in the past 5-10 years. Those of us who have
been here since the 80's or earlier and bought into the
housing market then are *somewhat* insulated from the
skyrocketing COL here. Otherwise, you should probably
just consider the ladder pulled up after the last person
who climbed aboard.
