this is a close call, but go to the UI training.

While working at some tech companies that offshored resources over the past
couple years, the ONLY departments that grew were the UI Design departments.
While there isn't a lot of truth to the standard CEO reply that only "code
monkey" work is going offshore, I think it is a safe bet that UI design is a
much more valuable skillset to gain than XML.

Like others have said, you can learn XML on your own.
