We produce four separate deliverables using the same set of Frame files:
two user guides in PDF, and two WinHelp systems. We use conditions for
some information and separate files for other. Works like a charm. Much
of the conceptual info is stripped out of the online help, and both
documents are available on the user's hard drive.
