I've got news for ya...I'm as self-motivated as they come, and my
standards for my output are higher than anyone I've ever worked for, by
I WANT conventional rewards. Upon sustained high quality/high output,
there better be something at the end. I don't do this BECAUSE of the
manager's personality...it might stop me, but it isn't going to be the
reward.
