Subject: Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002

With respect to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, can anyone direct me to
a specific link with the PCAOB requirements that were published last
month?

-----

Anthony...have you checked the PCAOB web site:

Saying requirement that were posted last month is kinda general.
However, from their home page, there is a link called:

=======
"Board Approves Standard for Audits of Internal Control" and part of the
content at that link says: The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
today approved an auditing standard for audits of internal control over
financial reporting and proposed amendments to the Board's existing
interim auditing standards to conform them to the new standard. ....The
text of the auditing standard and related appendices can be found on the
Board's Web site under Rulemaking at www.pcaobus.org.
=======

If you are more specific about WHAT requirements you are looking for, I
can be more specific about them.
