There is a tool which provides almost the same as Acrobat and is much
cheaper: JawsPDF Creator. I have tried a lot of (free) PDF-tools, but I
like Jaws. I did write this earlier in this list. With Jaws you can easily
create excellent pdf.files with bookmarks, and so on. It was the only which
give no problems with our company stylesheets. Even Acrobat could not
handle this.
