Hi Mike

The docs were written by me a couple of years ago and are strictly styled
and structured.

I too am a little sceptical that they will continue to be so after I leave
when the general office begins to update.

regards
Suzy

For an eye-opener, try viewing your Word docs in the Outline view, and
see what your hierarchy looks like. If these documents were edited by
the general office population, more than likely the hierarchy will not
be what you expect.

Word does not easily lend itself to the export of structured information
- not unless the documents are in the hands of somebody who is crafting
them for that purpose.
