Sounds like your boss has the answer, ask him. Lots of
list folks tend to stick to public, not private
discussions, so everyone benefits and to keep the
requests for free work down to a minimum.

I'm surprised HATT couldn't help you, and I don't
remember your post there, but I've been away from
RoboHelp for so long now, I'm a really poor resource
for specific technical issues.
