I seem to recall how in the late 90s Scott Adams ran his first (and
similarly unflattering) portrayal of Tina. It cause quite a huffy debate
here on TechWhirl--of which some wicked listee kindly sent a copy to Mr.
Adams, chortling all the way. Scott was happy to have touched a nerve and
vowed to bring Tina the Techwriter back. She subsequently became Tina the
Brittle Techwriter, a minor recurring character in the strip.

Maybe she represents Mr. Adams' real-world experience with tech writers.
Can't deny there's more than a few Tinas of both genders in this world.

I vote for more huffiness! Give Scott some more inspiration! Let's do our
best to keep Tina alive! There's no such thing as bad publicity!!!
