Hello,

I'm the manager of a Technical Publications team. We've just recently
created a customer satisfaction survey that included tech pubs usage and
quality responses. Our customers filled it out (in record numbers) at
our user conference and I've compiled the results. The problem now
is.... what do I compare it to? Are there national studies out there
that I am to web-impaired to find?

Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

-Joe
