I probably don't need to say this. However, given that lsass authenticates user
log-ons to your computer, taking the recommendation doesn't sound like a good idea.

I suggest you look at the rules that are set up in Norton to see what's
happening. Is it possible that you have a piece of spyware on the system that
has changed the rules?

You should also configure a rule to never allow this behavior. There are few
cases in which you want to allow this behavior, and they would almost never
arise for the average user.
