Tell me about it.
Out of the last three jobs I have been offered, I have applied for two
using the T-format cover letters. In both cases, one of the hiring
managers comments was that a main reason I got an interview was my cover
letter and they were impressed. Now, that's 100%, guys. The third one is
my current position and this was a temp to perm, or at least that's how it
ended up.
I think it shows that you are really interested in a position, not just
trying to qualify for unemployment this week.
