Yes. See OmniGraffle and OmniOutliner (http://www.omnigroup.com). Great,
great tools that leap far and above beyond Visio. Requires Mac OS 10.2 and
above

Also, for Wintel users, there's allCLEAR which touts, "Use punctuation as
you list the steps to specify the flow, e.g. a line ending with ? becomes
a desision box."

much older version. It was a godsend for simple but lengthy process
documentation.
