Thanks, but yeah both #4 and #6 are the technical reviews for accuracy and completeness.

We don't send the docs to the SME for a review and hope we get comments back, we go into the lab and run all the procedures via a formal process. Then at stage 6, the customer does the exact same thing.

I appreciate the question, though. I'd rather field a question with an answer "Yep, it's in there" than miss something I should have known.
