mean different things. So, in this case I think Sabahat needs to
include the hyphens.
I disagree completely. The hyphens are nonsense.
Both sentences (especially in context) mean "we don't take a long time to make the product available to the people who might want to buy it."
The second sentence one just tries to explain that "time to market" is the kind of time you're talking about; but that's not likely to need clarification *in context*.
