While some discussion of tools and implementation
details (i.e., grammar, formating, etc.) is necessary;
we need to be more focused on higher-level Tech
Writing issues, like end-user task analysis and
outline design techniques. Sometimes, from looking at
the postings on this site, I really get the impression
that TW's rarely do task analysis and seldom employ
any formal design techniques.
