I can assure you that the thousands of people that suffer from this are not
making up excuses, nor do they wish to engage in idle fantasias when they
could be living much more productive lives without the occasional (if not
constant) pain. How arrogant to suggest that we're all just delusional
hypochondriacs. How abhorrently insensitive to suggest that we're all using
this as an excuse. Oh my geez.
