I had an MRI and EMG a few years ago for a neck
injury, and the EMG discovered pathology in my wrist
(yep, CTS).

Despite being a heavy mouser (Frame+SGML), I do not
experience regular pain, but I do feel numbness and
the occasional ache in my hands.

I swear by the exercises at this web site, which you
can do at your desk:

Good luck

Kelly
