OK, maybe "pathetic" was too strong a word to describe a mindset. I'm
sorry so many of you took my simple and honest comment so poorly and
so personally. It was not a personal attack, as I was commenting on
viewpoint and not the person expressing it (I excluded the name of the
person for a reason). But whatever the case, I still totally disagree
with the viewpoint that was shared concerning a tech writer's place in
development, and I hope that the point of contention you all have with
my post was not on what I said, but how I said it.
